The Essentials Coaching Program

Movement

You cannot expect to train 3 hours a week and then switch off for the other 165.

We’re living in a world designed to keep you sedentary and lazy. Food arrives at your door, streaming services keep you glued to a plush Ikea sofa. Most jobs have you sat down for the majority of the day.

Comfort is convenient... but it comes at a cost.

One of the biggest tools we can use for long-term health is simply this: move more.

This isn’t about killing yourself on a treadmill or HIIT workout. Although it is good to challenge your heart rate, cardio doesn’t have to mean burpees and gasping for air.

THE GYM BUILDS THE ENGINE.
YOUR DAILY MOVEMENT DETERMINES HOW WELL IT RUNS!

In the short video below, I explain why increasing your general daily movement, walking more, standing more, taking the stairs, breaking up long periods of sitting, can have a powerful impact on your health, energy levels, recovery and body composition.
